寶寶輔食木瓜泥怎麽做好吃
水果作為嬰兒輔食添加中的重要一員,在寶寶4個月以後就可以給他們添加了。辅食4-5個月大的木瓜嬰兒可以吃果泥,將水果洗淨後用小匙刮成泥狀,辅食或者是木瓜將蒸熟的水果刮成果泥喂食,最好隨吃隨刮 ,辅食避免汙染和變色。木瓜在一歲之前,辅食給寶寶榨鮮果汁、木瓜煮熟水果(比如梨) 、挖果泥都是比較好的辦法 。木瓜不僅富含維生素C和膳食纖維,而且口味也很好。媽咪可以經常給寶貝提供這種美味的水果 。

木瓜泥的製作方法非常簡單,首先準備材料 :木瓜1個 ,牛奶適量。做法 :1、木瓜洗淨 ,去皮 、去籽。2、上鍋蒸7-8分鍾,至筷子可輕鬆插入時,即可離火。3 、用勺背將蒸好的木瓜壓成泥,拌入牛奶即可 。這道奶味木瓜泥,做出來顏色亮麗 ,就能夠吸引寶寶的眼球,甜甜的味道也是讓寶寶無法拒絕的法寶。

家長需要注意的是,有些水果容易引起過敏,常見的有芒果、菠蘿、柑橘類水果。媽媽們可以從添加蘋果、香蕉 、梨、西瓜之類的常見水果開始,逐步給寶寶增加新品種 ,最好給寶寶吃新鮮的時令水果。水果要洗淨、去皮、去核後,再做成果汁或果泥給寶寶吃 。
