Link has learned a lot of new skills.
In the longest preview for the next Legend of Zelda game -- now subtitled Breath of the Wild -- we see the series hero Link climbing, chopping down trees and even cooking. Nintendo gave an extensive preview of Breath of the Wild at E3 Tuesday morning.
Nintendo announced this Zelda iteration at E3 2014, and it was slated to come to Wii U at the end of 2015. Since then, the game has been delayed twice, and is now coming to the Wii U and the yet-to-be-revealed NX platform, which is launching on March, 2017.
Breath of the Wild is the biggest Zelda game ever, according to Nintendo of America President and COO Reggie Fils-Aimé, who introduced the game during a streaming presentation.
We'll have more coverage from E3, including a hands-on of Breath of the Wild. Follow our E3 hub for more news and impressions.
