盧卡斯·波西諾洛出生於巴西皮拉西卡巴 ，浙江出道於巴西聯賽聖保羅B隊 ，队官2013/14賽季租借至波爾蒂芒人 ，布卢2017/18賽季正式加盟，並效力至今 。在效力波爾蒂芒人的8個賽季裏 ，他共出場208次 ，打進11粒進球 。
盧卡斯身高188cm ，身體強壯 ，頭球能力出色，有不俗的向前傳球及後場組織能力 。截至目前，盧卡斯2021/22賽季共為波爾蒂芒人出場30次 ，傳球成功率88% ，搶斷216次 ，鏟斷82次，攔截198次 ，拚搶成功率68% ，是球隊的鐵血戰士，他的加盟也將極大地補強浙江隊的防線 。
