And sometimes, the two can collide in the best of ways.

Her enthusiastic dog, Taylor, attempts to slurp the water as soon as she turns on the hose.

The excitement for sprinklers and hoses isn't just for the dogs, though. Squirting water is so fun that even this duck joined in.

Hopefully one day we will know the bliss that these dogs (and one duck) feel when the hose turns on. Until then, we can only look on and fill our hearts to the brim with joy.
