據悉 ，用稀有条這則條款的行离需赔名字叫做“韋伯斯特條款” ，其內容為 ：如果一名球員的拜仁年齡超過了28歲 ，並且已經為該俱樂部效力超過兩年 ，莱万那麽他可以選擇激活這一條款 ，可动款强來買斷自己剩餘的用稀有条合同。而33歲的行离需赔萊萬自2014年加盟拜仁至今 ，已經效力德甲班霸8年時間 ，拜仁因此他可以選擇買斷自己在拜仁最後一年的合同。
如果萊萬選擇激活這一條款 ，那麽對於拜仁來說就相當不妙了 ，因為他們會在轉會費收入上大受打擊 。原本 ，拜仁為萊萬的標價為3200萬歐元 ，但據悉 ，這一條款隻需要萊萬賠付拜仁2400萬歐元即可 。2400萬對於萊萬來說可能很多 ，但這筆錢難道真需要他自己來支付嗎 ？
所謂“韋伯斯特條款” ，當然是因一位叫做韋伯斯特的球員而得名。2006年 ，這位蘇格蘭中後衛就通過這樣的方式買斷了自己的合同 ，然後加盟了維岡競技 。不過到目前為止，真正動用這則條款的球員少之又少 。
