作為根寶青訓的代表球員之一 ，張琳芃如今葉落歸根重回上海海港隊 ，回到職業生涯夢開始的地方 。雖然出自上海崇明島的根寶訓練基地 ，職業生涯起步於上海東亞隊 ，但張琳芃卻在廣州隊功成名就 ，成為亞洲頂級後衛之一 ，將自己最美好的青春貢獻給了廣州這座城市 ，也與球隊結下了深厚的感情。
