事實上 ，馬奎爾已經不是第一次誤傷隊友了。在此前的歐冠1/8決賽次回合曼聯主場0-1負於馬競的比賽中 ，一次曼聯的定位球進攻 ，馬奎爾衝到前場試圖搶點 ，然後後腦勺正好撞到C羅門牙 ，把CR7撞得不輕 ，一直捂著嘴巴 。
