20.在餅胚上刷上蛋液,蛋液可以用清水代替,能夠黏住芝麻即可
21.在撒上黑芝麻。
22.烤箱180℃預熱5分鍾,180℃烘烤25分鍾 ,然後再用低溫120℃慢火烤15分鍾左右,讓餅充分熟透 ,烤箱的時間和溫度請根據自家烤箱的實際狀況調節 ,烤的時候注意觀察顏色。
