1.彩椒,培根切條,蔥切段,3個雞蛋加1杯半麵粉加鹽,胡椒粉攪成麵糊 。
2.餅鐺刷油遇熱,倒入雞蛋麵糊 。
3.撒上彩椒,培根,蔥段,上盤加熱開關也要打開,蓋上蓋子。
4.煎5分鍾左右即可。
