這當然隻是采訪的一個小插曲 。在賽後的调戏采訪及新聞發布會中，穆裏尼奧除了透露自己恭喜球隊在半場前被扳平 ，奇景還拿熱刺打入賽季第100球做起了文章 。穆帅
“如果我得到的遭女數據是正確的話 ，也就是调戏我們這個賽季進了100個球 ，這對於一支非常喜歡防守的奇景球隊，一支非常保守的穆帅球隊來說 ，並不是遭女什麽壞事 。”穆裏尼奧揶揄道 ，“這周對於我們來說很不錯 ，3場比賽 ，9個積分。在我們下周要在歐聯杯迎來嚴峻的比賽，然後還要對陣阿森納的情況下 ，沒有什麽比這一周拿到9分更好的了。”
穆裏尼奧的球風一支被打著防守反擊的烙印 ，也總是被抨擊戰術過於保守 ，此前甚至有人質疑凱恩在其麾下會不會停止成長 。值得一提的是 ，熱刺是本賽季五大聯賽中 ，除了拜仁之外 ，第二支打入100球的球隊 。而凱恩至今為止則是在聯賽中製造了29球，排名第一 。這兩項數據也讓穆帥有足夠的底氣回擊外界的質疑。
