NEW YORK -- Vice ended week one of NewFronts with a "dope" party and some big news.
CEO Shane Smith said Friday that it will launch six new digital channels (health, gaming, travel, LGBTQ, money and sustainability) and 20 TV channels worldwide later this year.

Smith's speech -- which began about an hour after the scheduled start time -- was followed by performances from a handful of artists.

The scheduled music line-up for the night included Pusha T, Nick Zinner, Brian Chase of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Jaleel Bunton of TV on the Radio, and Money Mark.
Vice also said the band will "feature guest vocal spots from...Pusha T, Charli XCX, Best Coast’s Bethany Cosentino, Meredith Graves, and Kristin Kontrol."
