北京時間12月19日 ，官方K聯賽俱樂部蔚山現代官方宣布，前广权加前廣州隊外援 、州队战韓國國腳金英權正式加盟球隊。外援
金英權現年31歲，金英2010年在J聯賽東京FC隊正式開啟職業生涯 。盟蔚2012年 ，山现金英權轉會加盟廣州恒大（現廣州隊），代首在效力的次征6個賽季中，幫助球隊拿到2個亞冠冠軍 、联赛6個中超冠軍 、官方3個超級杯冠軍和2個足協杯冠軍 。前广权加
離開中超之後 ，州队战金英權轉投日本的外援大阪鋼巴隊 。此前，金英大阪鋼巴宣布 ，金英權將在賽季結束後離開球隊 。在效力大阪鋼巴的三個賽季裏 ，金英權成為了球隊後防線的絕對主力 。
