因朝鮮隊無法參加2022年U-17 、世界U-20女足世界杯 ，亚足亚参根據亞足聯女足委員會第三次會議上的联官決定 ，2019年亞足聯U-16女足錦標賽第三名中國隊將與日本 、国澳東道主印度一同代表亞洲參加將於10月11日至30日舉行的大利2022年國際足聯印度U-17女足世界杯 。
