Kanye West has been frustrated for awhile about the battle of streaming services and its impact to give the people new music.  。

On Wednesday night in Seattle, the rapper continued to express his annoyance of Tidal and Apple Music and explained why the exclusivity between the two platforms means there will never be a followup to Watch The Throne, the joint album between West and Jay-Z that was released in 2011. 。
