15.平底鍋刷油，鋪上包子。
16.倒入沒過包子三分之一的水，蓋蓋子把水收幹即可（為了好看我加了一點芝麻） 。
17.剩下的包子直接上鍋蒸了 ，溫水上鍋 ，冒蒸氣後繼續蒸5分鍾，關火 ，燜3分鍾後開蓋子即可 。
