木瓜燉牛排
材料
木瓜1個 、牛排200克 、法种蒜末、水果辣椒少許 、排味蠔油、木瓜高湯、吃炖牛道好米酒適量。法种
做法
1、水果首先我們要把牛排處理一下,排味清水洗幹淨之後切成條狀,然後放入鹽、澱粉以及雞蛋來進行醃製 ,如果愛吃辣味的還可以放入少許的黑胡椒粉 。醃製至少要四個小時,如果醃製的時間短 ,牛排就不容易入味。
2、木瓜切成條狀然後在油鍋裏麵簡單的過一下 ,這樣的木瓜吃起來外麵會比較酥脆,口感更加豐富。木瓜撈起來之後,在鍋裏放入蒜末 、辣椒、蠔油 、高湯和少許米酒、牛排 ,大火進行翻炒,不要炒太久 ,否則牛排就會很老 。
3 、等到牛排基本熟了之後放入木瓜,然後簡單的翻炒一分鍾就可以出鍋了 。
功效 :牛肉的營養非常豐富 ,常吃牛肉有利於增強肌肉力量。單吃牛肉可能會存在比較膩人的問題,口感也沒那麽好 ,搭配上木瓜 ,營養更加豐富 ,而且味道也變得更好。
木瓜橘子汁
材料

木瓜1個、桔子130g、檸檬50g。
做法
先將木瓜削皮去籽,洗淨後切碎 ,搗爛取汁備用;再將桔子和檸檬切開,擠出汁液與木瓜汁混合 ,攪勻即成。
