最終慕尼黑地方法院判罰博阿滕對森勒造成了身體傷害以及侮辱 ，他被頂格罰款180萬歐元 ，但逃脫了五年的牢獄之災。今年2月 ，博阿滕的另一位前女友倫哈特被發現自殺身亡 ，她在與博阿滕分手六天之後結束了自己的生命 。在自殺前 ，倫哈特曾談到了分手細節 。她曾把博阿滕說成魔鬼，並發誓將進行反擊。
