中國男足於當地時間3月17日晚9點多抵達迪拜 ，蒋光将参加日隨後全隊乘車前往阿聯酋沙迦的太归提前通过体駐地酒店 。進駐酒店後 ，队已全隊成員立即共進晚餐，测试次合隨後返回各自房間裏休息 。晚首

考慮到沙迦當地白天的蒋光将参加日氣溫較高，中國隊教練組決定將全隊抵達當地後的太归提前通过体首次室外訓練安排在晚間。具體訓練開始時間為當地時間18日晚7點。队已這一時間與國足對陣沙特隊比賽的测试次合初定開球時間一致 。
據了解，晚首入籍球員蔣光太已於3月4日提前抵達阿聯酋迪拜，並按照國足教練組的要求 ，接受並通過體能測試 。
為了配合全隊執行閉環式防疫規定 ，蔣光太在全隊抵達阿聯酋前 ，已經先後接受了兩次核酸檢測 ，並通過檢測 。中國隊抵達駐地酒店的時候 ，蔣光太也已經抵達駐地酒店 。他也因此可以正常參加全隊18日晚的首次合練 。
值得注意的是 ，後衛朱辰傑 、前鋒譚龍、中場戴偉浚3名球員在15日與U23國足熱身期間不慎造成受傷，他們能否參加訓練還有待教練組最終確認。
