6.後加入檸檬汁調好備用。

7.在簽子上依次將小西紅柿 、青椒塊、紅椒塊、洋蔥塊穿好,中間用雞胸肉分開。

8.穿好後將做好的調料汁均勻地澆在串好的串上 ,放在冰箱內醃製2小時 。

9.醃好後放在平底鍋內煎熟,每麵煎5分鍾左右即可。
