一般6小時後適宜食用一些排氣類食物 ,如蘿卜湯等,以增強腸蠕動,促進排氣 。待24小時胃腸功能恢複後,進食流食1天 ,如蛋湯 、米湯等。排氣後 ,飲食可由流食改為半流食,適宜進食富有營養並易消化的食物 ,如蛋湯、爛粥 、麵條、餛飩等 ,然後依產婦體質把飲食逐漸恢複到正常。辛辣涼的,刺激的不能吃。
