德甲第28輪，弗赖拜仁慕尼黑客場4-1擊敗弗賴堡 。堡上驳回拜仁比賽第85分鍾 ，诉被拜仁最後兩次換人，人场薩比策換下科曼 ，因裁聚勒換下托利索 ，判失其中托利索是官方在第62分鍾才替補登場的。拜仁在場上一度以12人進行比賽 ，起因是科曼還未下場時 ，薩比策就已上場。
德國足協體育法庭駁回了弗賴堡的上訴 ，判定上輪弗賴堡1-4拜仁一役結果有效 。體育法庭認定 ，主要過錯在於裁判組 ，拜仁場上短暫出現12名球員沒有對比賽結果造成實質性影響。
