塞蒂恩在2020年1月入主巴薩 ，水共索赔當時他簽約兩年半 。曝塞在19/20賽季歐冠1/4決賽中，蒂恩巴薩以2-8的正式比分慘敗於拜仁 。在那場比賽之後，起诉塞蒂恩就被提前兩年解雇 。巴萨在解雇塞蒂恩之後 ，分手费薪巴薩並沒有為他支付400萬歐元的水共索赔賠償金 。
如今 ，曝塞塞蒂恩將巴薩告上了法庭 。塞蒂恩索賠金額為1400萬歐元 ，除了這400萬歐元分手費之外，他還要求巴薩全額支付後兩年合同期內的薪水 。由於始終沒能與巴薩就解約達成一致，這直接導致塞蒂恩無法再去尋找新工作 。
