2 ,每天都要堅持體育鍛煉也可以快速的排出宿便,身體在體育鍛煉的時候,會加快腸胃蠕動 ,加快大便往下排,促使大便排出,經常體育鍛煉,還可以促進血液循環,將體內的毒素排出體外 ,還可以增強身體抵抗力,排宿便最好是多轉呼啦圈。
3 ,平時多吃一些新鮮的水果蔬菜和含粗纖維多的食物 ,也可以加快宿便的排出 ,而且還可以防止便秘 ,還有就是可以飲用一些益生菌 ,因為益生菌可以調理腸道菌群,加快腸道蠕動,有效的將體內毒素排出體外,而且對身體還沒有副作用。
