1.1提前將螺螄肉用少許料酒，生抽 ，螺蛳薑絲醃製
2.2主要原料集合
3.1加入少許食用油
4.2雞蛋磕在幹淨的容器中 ，打散攪拌均勻，榨菜做法加入2倍蛋液量的螺蛳溫水 ，攪拌均勻
5.加入適量鹽調味
6.加入2倍蛋液量的溫水 ，攪拌均勻
7.蒸鍋中加入足量的水 ，大火燒開後 ，螺蛳將蛋液上蒸鍋 ，肉炖（蓋上容器）中火8分鍾
8.之後將螺螄肉鋪在蛋羹表麵
9.最後鋪上切碎的榨菜，蔥末，繼續中火蒸3分鍾即可
