從阿聯酋沙迦返回後 ，下课國足一直在蘇州進行隔離醫學觀察 ，基本继任期間李鐵教練組帶隊進行訓練 ，定局從而讓國腳保持良好的概率身體狀態 ，準備12月12日重燃戰火的李铁李霄中超聯賽 。
按照計劃 ，下课國足將於12月2日結束為期14天的基本继任封閉隔離 ，隨後按規定被集體轉至上海繼續接受為期7天的定局“自主觀察” ，期間球隊不會安排訓練 。概率這意味著李鐵教練組的帶隊訓練任務 ，隨著球隊結束蘇州的隔離而告一段落 。
不出意外的話 ，國足換帥應該會在12月2日之後才有定論。2號及之後的一兩天很可能是官宣窗口 ，當然也不排除推遲到9號左右 。
此外，目前了解的消息顯示 ，國足會敲定一名正式的主教練 ，不會任命過渡主帥或者帶隊打完12強賽的臨時主帥 。而據多方消息 ，這位主教練人選會是李霄鵬 。在昨天 ，武漢足球俱樂部發布了李霄鵬帶隊訓練的照片 ，如果沒有意外在李鐵下課之後 ，繼任者大概率就是李霄鵬 ，屆時李霄鵬也會卸任武漢隊主帥的職務 。
