足球需要人才 ，新人但人才的步送培養不能這麽激進 。按照足球的入狼規律 ，鍛煉新人最重要的韩乔是要循序漸進 。哪有第一步就把孩子送入狼窩的生评 。但如今的亚冠有第聯賽生態，不提也罷 。惨败
中國足球處於新的锻炼低穀當中 ，這是新人毋庸置疑的 ，所以就需要上麵做出深度的步送 、負責任的反思 ，而不是一拍腦門就做決定 。
