2.1黃油融化後把蒜末放入鍋中爆香 ，蒜末爆香後放入洋蔥丁爆香 。
3.2將黃油放入加熱的鍋中 。
4.1把雞肉末放入煸炒5分鍾 。
5.2洋蔥丁爆香後稍微轉金黃色 。
6.然後加入番茄丁翻炒。
7.番茄丁翻炒5分鍾後用鍋鏟在番茄丁表麵稍微輕壓一下 。
8.把番茄汁給壓出來然後加入3湯匙番茄醬繼續翻炒。
9.大概3-4分鍾後就會出現比較多的水分 ，此時加入適量的鹽 、黑胡椒粉和羅勒也拌炒均勻後蓋上蓋子燜至水分收的80%就可以了 。
