紮切羅尼作為昔日名帥 ，年轻曾經執教過米蘭雙雄以及尤文圖斯等豪門球隊 ，人少在離開意大利後前往日本 ，前国球執教日本國家隊 ，安主不過在經曆了高開低走的帅中戰績後 ，黯然下課 。国岁之後又相繼執教過中超北京國安隊以及阿聯酋國家隊 ，还被並沒有什麽拿得出手的年轻成績 ，在亞洲闖蕩多年 ，人少他也對亞洲足球發表了自己的前国球看法 。
談到曾經在中國短暫執教的經曆 ，紮切羅尼表示 ：“中國足球距離高水平還有很長的路要走 ，在那裏24歲的球員還被當做年輕球員，但是這些‘年輕球員’中優秀的人卻很少 ，而資金雄厚的俱樂部主席 ，又會想盡辦法留住這些球員 ，這不利於教練的排兵布陣 。”
離開了國安後，紮切羅尼又出任了阿聯酋男足主帥 ，談到阿聯酋足球 ，紮切羅尼表示：“阿聯酋的球員們缺少野心，因為他們的經濟狀況非常好 ，輸贏對他們來說並不重要，很遺憾那裏有一些令人難以置信的球員 ，比如奧馬爾，他天賦異稟 ，很適合來意大利踢球。”（DD）
