香菇山藥排骨湯的做法步驟
1. 將排骨洗淨放入開水中 ，煮一會(以肉發白和無血絲為益) ，將排骨撈出 ，鍋中放入適量涼水(以排骨完全侵入為益) ，放入適量的薑蔥 ，八角，肉蔻 ，陳皮 ，白芷等 ，大火煮開 ，繼續大火煮30分鍾左右。

2. 將山藥去皮洗淨，切成三角塊 ，香菇洗淨切成三角塊 ，放入鍋中 ，小火煮20分鍾左右 。
3. 加入適量的鹽(少許 ，不要過鹹 ，隻要是香菇和山藥入味 ，排骨湯清淡點為益) ，小火煮10分鍾左右 。
4.湯中最好加上幾滴火麻油效果快。
