據悉 ，手术伤停伤愈段文厚在2020年9月開始就受到傷病困擾 ，个月今年6月份的阮成40強賽也加劇了他的傷情 。他所在的越南河內足球俱樂部正在協助申請 ，送他前往韓國進行手術，后防預計要5個月才能回歸 ，遭伤钟基本無緣全部12強賽 。病侵
除此以外，袭段參加12強賽的文厚比賽的主力球員阮成鍾也存在傷病問題 ，雖然他進入與中國隊的比賽大名單，不過能否出場存在疑問 。
