That's the conclusion reached by the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report, which used data from around 250,000 customer interviews. 。

This year, satisfaction with internet service providers reached an all-time low. 。

Why do people hate their ISPs?

People are much more satisfied with streaming services, which were rated for the first time by ACSI. Netflix, Sony PlayStation Vue, and Twitch all received scores of 78. 。

Customers loved their easy-to-understand bills and "overall performance and reliability." One area that could use improvement: "availability of new movie titles." Basically, we'd like more content, please.。
Overall, streaming services had an average rating of 75, much higher than internet service providers, which averaged 62. 。
