10月26日 ，战中長春亞泰南下上海金山 ，冠组備戰本賽季中超聯賽第二階段 。亚泰迎截至11月11日 ，上海全隊已在上海集訓兩周 。集训结备较量按照主教練陳洋的长假超争要求 ，全隊每周訓練6天 ，日重休息1天 ，新集訓練重點主要以技戰術 、战中體能和力量訓練為主 。
目前 ，長春已是白雪皚皚 ，最低氣溫也降至零下 。相比之下 ，上海的溫暖非常適合戶外訓練 。駐訓期間 ，主教練陳洋非常重視球隊團隊精神的培養和隊內文化建設 ，希望球員能夠在困難麵前保持高昂的鬥誌，刻苦訓練 ，團結一心 ，共同完成第二階段爭冠組的挑戰 。
按照訓練計劃 ，主帥陳洋給球隊放假3天，在緊張的備戰節奏中做到張弛有度 ，勞逸結合。雖然假期短暫 ，大多數球員還是選擇回家與家人團聚，而一些球員則因受疫情原因 ，選擇在上海周邊遊玩度假 。
本賽季中超第二階段原計劃12月1日重燃戰火 ，但受國足與阿曼隊 、澳大利亞隊的世界杯亞洲區12強賽影響 ，聯賽重啟時間可能推遲 。不過，長春亞泰以不變應萬變，積極備戰 ，以最佳狀態做好隨時參戰的準備。
