為持續提升球隊戰鬥力 ，深圳市足球俱樂部經與市相關部門、部官股東及戰略合作夥伴討論商議決定，宣李即日起聘請李章洙（Lee Jang-soo）先生擔任一線隊主教練 。章洙主帅战斗
李章洙先生1956年10月15日生於韓國 ，出任创佳足球運動員生涯司職後衛 ，期待曾效力於韓國大宇隊 、提升陸軍隊及油公象隊 。力勇他曾代表韓國國家隊出場9次 ，深足並打進一球 。俱乐绩
1986年退役後，部官李章洙先生在韓國光州湖南大學隊執教 ，宣李1988年進入一和天馬擔任助理教練，章洙主帅战斗幫助球隊實現頂級聯賽三連冠 。出任创佳1994年 ，他成為一和天馬主教練 ，率隊奪得頂級聯賽、亞俱杯 、亞洲超霸杯和亞非對抗賽冠軍 。1997年 ，李章洙先生留學巴西 ，隨後擔任韓國足協技術委員會委員 。1998年 ，他來到中國執教 ，先後帶領前衛寰島 、青島貝萊特奪得足協杯冠軍 。2004年至2009年 ，他先後執教韓國球隊全南天龍 、首爾FC以及中國球隊北京國安 。2010年至2012年 ，李章洙先生帶領廣州恒大先後獲得中甲冠軍、中超冠軍 、中國超級杯冠軍。此後 ，他還曾執教成都天誠 、長春亞泰等球隊 。
李章洙先生以嚴格著稱，綽號“鐵帥” 。他多次擔任中國球隊主教練 ，熟悉中國足球環境，經驗豐富 。相信李章洙先生及其教練團隊能進一步激發深圳隊隊員潛力 ，提升全隊戰鬥力 ，在各項賽事中勇創佳績 。
