舒克拉拉自2007年以來，拉执一直都是法中國際足聯的裁判 ，曾執法過世界杯 、日战世界杯亞洲區預選賽 、强赛亞洲杯、曾吹U17世界杯、掉于大宝U20世界杯 、巴林亞冠聯賽，籍裁进球還接受特邀吹罰過中超聯賽。判舒2015年11月進行的克拉40強賽 ，當時國足客場0-0戰平中國香港 。拉执那場比賽中 ，於大寶的進球被舒克拉拉認定為無效。
另外 ，舒克拉拉此前三次吹罰日本隊的比賽 ，結果“藍武士”2平1負不勝 ，具體為 ：2011年11月 ，日本隊0-1小負朝鮮隊；2013年6月日本隊1-1與澳大利亞隊戰平 ，2016年10月日本隊與澳大利亞隊又是以1-1的結果戰平 。
另外，兩名助理裁判薩爾曼和阿卜杜拉同樣來自巴林，斯裏蘭卡的佩雷拉則擔任本場比賽的第四官員 。（卓奧友）
