1.將麵粉 、細全麥粉 、椒全麥麩皮 、麦面發酵粉依序放入麵包機
2.最後加水 ，選擇8發麵團程序攪拌成光滑的茄辣麵團（大約10分鍾），按停止鍵 ，椒全取出麵團放入不鏽鋼盆中 ，麦面蓋上保鮮膜
3.室溫發至兩倍大
4.發好的麵團可以看到裏麵呈蜂窩狀
5.茄子洗淨 ，切丁 ，拌少許鹽醃10分鍾
6.用紗布擠去水份放入盆中
7.辣椒切丁 ，小蔥切碎
9.將辣椒丁 、蔥碎 、蝦幹放入裝茄子的盆中 ，放入食用油拌勻
10.再放適量鹽、薑粉海天黃豆醬拌勻即成包子餡
