3.室溫發至兩倍大
4.發好的麵團可以看到裏麵呈蜂窩狀
5.茄子洗淨 ，切丁，拌少許鹽醃10分鍾
6.用紗布擠去水份放入盆中
7.辣椒切丁 ，小蔥切碎
9.將辣椒丁 、蔥碎 、蝦幹放入裝茄子的盆中，放入食用油拌勻
10.再放適量鹽、薑粉海天黃豆醬拌勻即成包子餡
