1.胡蘿卜土豆洗淨備用。
2.121土豆紅蘿卜切成細末 。越細越好。红萝
3.212碎肉切肉末 ，放油 、鹽、糖 、胡椒粉調味均勻 ，醃10分鍾 。
4.鍋內放少許油 ，放入胡蘿卜土豆翻炒一下讓它有七八成熟。
5.炒熟之後再次裝入碗內備用 。
6.把醃好的肉末倒進去一起攪拌均勻 。
7.放些澱粉 ，使肉末能夠充分黏住紅蘿卜土豆 。
8.做成一個肉丸子 ，瑪在碗中備用 。
9.鍋內放少許油 ，把肉丸放入鍋內小火慢慢煎 。煎的過程中小心翻動肉丸 ，以免碎。
10.出鍋咯~~~~快來吃吧。。
