雞湯粥
取母雞1隻,去毛 ,剖洗幹淨 ,加適量清水煎煮成濃湯備用 。取原汁雞湯100克 ,加洗淨粳米100克,加適量清水煮粥,大火煮沸,小火熬稠即可。
花生牛筋粥
取牛蹄筋80克,洗淨 ,切成小塊,與80克花生米和100克洗淨的糯米共入砂鍋,加清水適量煮粥,至蹄筋爛熟 ,米開湯稠為止。

阿膠粥
糯米洗淨,入鍋煮熟,加入阿膠適量 ,待溶化後,加紅糖若幹 ,即可食用 。
菠菜粥
取連根新鮮菠菜100-150g,洗淨後用手撕開,粳米100g,放入砂鍋,加水800毫升 ,煮至米爛湯稠,即可食用。
小米紅糖大棗粥
材料:
小米50克、大棗5粒 、紅糖適量。
做法:
1、小米清洗,紅棗清洗去核切小片。
2、備好的材料與清水一起下鍋煮,這樣煮出來的小米會特別的粘
3、煮好後的粥加入紅糖攪拌即可食用。
小米營養價值豐富 ,紅糖具有益氣補血、健脾暖胃 ,紅棗益氣 、養血安神。
核桃含有豐富的鐵及維生素E ,搭配薑與紅棗有補氣 、養血、促進血液循環、使氣色紅潤的功效。紅糖本身具有滋養的作用,與薑一起煮更有活血暖身的功效 。

《本草綱目》記述,核桃有“補氣養血,潤燥化痰 ,益命門,處三焦,溫肺潤腸,治虛寒喘咳 ,腰腳重疼 ,心腹疝痛 ,血痢腸風”等功效 。
《本草再新》記載:紅棗“補中益氣 ,滋腎暖胃 ,治陰虛 。”
