北京時間1月13日淩晨 ，秀神聯賽杯半決賽熱刺VS切爾西次回合比賽 ，操作出击熱刺0-1不敵藍軍 ，位凯无奈總比分0-3被淘汰出局 。恩太本場比賽 ，凯指导熱刺前鋒凱恩在比賽第63分鍾打進一球 ，秀神但是操作出击因為越位在先被吹無效 。
從轉播鏡頭的位凯无奈回放可以看到 ，破門之所以被吹是恩太因為切爾西門將凱帕出擊後未回撤 ，因此造成了凱恩越位 ，凯指导進球無效 。秀神
根據越位規則，操作出击凡進攻隊員較球更接近於對方球門線者 ，位凯无奈即為處於越位位置 ，恩太下列情況除外 ：a.該隊員在本方半場內；b.至少有對方隊員兩人比該隊員更接近於對方的球門線 。
通常 ，門將固守在門前，所以默認為不能比最後一名防守球員更靠近球門。但此時 ，凱帕出擊且未回撤 ，比凱恩更靠近切爾西大門的隻有呂迪格一人 ，因此凱恩處於越位位置 ，進球無效。
