北京時間3月31日，曼城據《太陽報》報道 ，若挖在購買哈蘭德一事上 ，哈兰划锁財大氣粗的德需定凯曼城同樣遇到了難題 。《太陽報》指出，送上哈蘭德會向曼城索要高達60萬鎊的周薪周薪 ，這將會創造英格蘭足壇的曼城新紀錄 。
