經過充分熱身後 ，希望海港全隊正式投入訓練。全队在傳接球練習中 ，再接再厉大家精神高度集中 ，令人時刻注意隊友的满意跑位以及傳球質量 。而在後續的卡岁分組對抗環節 ，被分成幾組的隊員們鬥誌滿滿，在球場上互有攻守 ，場麵精彩紛呈 ，大家在場上的進攻配合 、防守補位也得到了教練組的一致肯定。
在集中備戰的這段時間裏，全隊將繼續保持專注 ，力爭在接下來的訓練中有好的表現 。
