今天上午，上海海港將士在世紀公園訓練基地開啟新一天的生日訓練。恰逢奧斯卡的希望30歲生日，訓練開始前，全队全隊聚攏在一起為隊長送上祝福，再接再厉共唱生日歌。令人奧斯卡表示，满意希望這個賽季大家再接再厲，卡岁一起取得令人滿意的生日成績。

經過充分熱身後，希望海港全隊正式投入訓練。全队在傳接球練習中，再接再厉大家精神高度集中，令人時刻注意隊友的满意跑位以及傳球質量。而在後續的卡岁分組對抗環節，被分成幾組的隊員們鬥誌滿滿，在球場上互有攻守，場麵精彩紛呈，大家在場上的進攻配合、防守補位也得到了教練組的一致肯定。

在集中備戰的這段時間裏，全隊將繼續保持專注，力爭在接下來的訓練中有好的表現。
