10.放入蒜 , 以中火爆香 。
11.空心菜梗加入稍炒兩 , 三下 。
12.再加入空心菜葉 , 撒上鹽 , 胡椒粉 。
13.空心菜快手翻炒熟即可 。
14.炒好的羊肉 , 空心菜拚盤即可 。
