8.化開的吉利丁液 ,加入奶酪芒果液中攪拌均勻 ,在加入打發的淡奶油 ,這樣慕斯液就做好了
9.去掉戚風蛋糕片的邊
10.拿一個8寸的蛋糕膜具,放入戚風蛋,膜具邊上圍一圈 ,獼猴桃片 ,半圓的就行
11.倒入一半的慕斯液,上麵放入芒果丁,振一下,振出大氣泡
12.在倒入一點慕斯液 ,蓋住芒果丁,上麵放上另一片戚風蛋糕片,把剩下的慕斯倒入,
13.抹平表麵,放這冰箱中冷藏4個小時以上 ,
14.慕斯蛋糕凝固後,就可以做鏡麵了,吉利丁放入橙汁中泡軟,隔熱水化開
15.慕斯蛋糕上放上自己喜歡的水果,慢慢的把橙汁液倒入,放入冰箱中冷藏30分鍾 ,就可以脫膜了 ,
