UK man Mick Carroll was passing through the small town of Market Drayton on Monday when he happened upon a man gliding down the local canal on a homemade boat — pulled by a tiny, tiny tugboat.

According to Carroll's Facebook post, the man exclaimed, "Just when you thought you'd seen everything!" as he floated regally downstream.
"Don't ya just love eccentrics?" Carroll wrote.
