廣州隊的州队這堂訓練課持續了90分鍾 ，由於隻有17名球員自發訓練 ，名队所以球隊隻能進行一些簡單的员参因身傳接球訓練以及進攻演練 。最近一直活躍在業餘球場的加训韋世豪並沒有出現在訓練現場，根據記者了解，练韦韋世豪是世豪适缺在前幾天的訓練中 ，有些身體不適 ，曝广所以才缺席上午的訓練 。另外 ，還處於身體恢複中的後衛梅方 ，客串起了守門員教練 ，給門將劉世博進行一些簡單的訓練。
