上賽季效力於山東泰山的成源 ，昨天淩晨在社交平台上發文 ，矛頭直指郝偉：“這種吃拿卡要的主教練 ，應該也隻能憑借運氣取得成績。去年2021年聯賽期間曾多次以訓練態度為由暗示我需要給與好處 ，卻給與他的兒子無限特權。在聯賽賽區內每天運送食物啤酒 ，夜夜笙歌 ，這種主教練還能安穩的坐在崗位就足以看出中國足球的黑暗，再多的瓜不爆料 ，善惡終有報”。聯賽開始前 ，前山東泰山領隊舒暢也曾炮轟郝偉找女人 、給自己兒子特權 ，而且在山東泰山隊內部形成了各種利益小集體 。雖然目前無法判罰舒暢和成源所說的是否屬實 ，但是不斷有這種傳言，顯然不利於球隊集中精力踢好聯賽，衛冕中超聯賽的冠軍 。
