《gol.ru》還指出，澳大利亞就是“入亞”的典型代表 。在2005年 ，澳大利亞從大洋洲足聯轉投到亞足聯旗下，並曾經贏得了亞洲杯冠軍 。俄羅斯有大量國土處於亞洲 ，“脫歐入亞”從理論上而言比澳大利亞更有說服力 。
