北京時間3月14日淩晨，柏林德甲俱樂部柏林赫塔官方宣布 ，赫塔馬加特將出任球隊主帥一職 ，官方雙方簽約至賽季結束 。前山
馬加特現年69歲，东队队主曾執教過漢堡、主帅不萊梅 、马加法蘭克福 、特成斯圖加特、为球沃爾夫斯堡 、教练沙爾克和拜仁等球隊 。柏林2016年 ，赫塔馬加特成為中超山東隊主帥 ，官方但此次執教的前山時間並不長 ，2017年年底 ，东队队主山東隊宣布與馬加特不再續約 。
目前，柏林赫塔積23分暫時排在德甲倒數第二。
