1 、由於垂體功能低下 ,回事卵巢分泌雌激素不足 ,月经延迟造成子宮內膜增生不足(內膜較薄) ,量少子宮內膜脫答時出血就少,回事月經血量也就稀少 。月经延迟其次,量少患有甲狀腺功能亢進或減退 、回事神經性厭食症等疾病的女性也可出現月經過少 。另外 ,受到外部環境刺激,精神高度緊張時也可出現月經過少。

2 、從中醫的角度分析 ,月經發黑的主要原因是機體正氣不足,抗病能力低下,腎氣虧損,六淫侵襲 ,七情太過,飲食不節 ,營養不良,房勞多產,太胖太瘦,跌撲損傷 ,機械刺激及全身性疾病等諸多因素,從而使卵巢、體內激素調解功能紊亂,導致衝任空虛,血海不能按期滿溢,行經規律失常而生病 。
