12.輕輕掀起兩個圓餅,用剪刀在圓外剪成16等分 。
13.將每等分翻轉至底麵向上 。
14.發酵至約1.5倍大小 。表麵刷純奶,圓形內撒白芝麻,中心撒黑芝麻 ,再用刷子沾奶液輕按芝麻使其牢固。
15.烤箱預熱後,中層,180℃ ,約22分鍾,顏色金黃 ,用筷子按側邊彈起即熟 。
