12.輕輕掀起兩個圓餅 ,用剪刀在圓外剪成16等分。

13.將每等分翻轉至底麵向上。

14.發酵至約1.5倍大小。表麵刷純奶,圓形內撒白芝麻,中心撒黑芝麻,再用刷子沾奶液輕按芝麻使其牢固。

15.烤箱預熱後 ,中層,180℃ ,約22分鍾 ,顏色金黃,用筷子按側邊彈起即熟。
