4.分三到四次加入過篩後的麵粉 ,用橡皮刮刀小心從底部往上翻拌,切忌畫圈攪拌

5.在攪拌好的麵糊中加入植物油,繼續攪拌幾下

6.模具內部塗抹一層薄薄的黃油備用

7.將麵糊倒入模具內八分滿 ,表麵撒上浸泡過的葡萄幹

8.烤箱預熱180度,中層,烤製15~20分鍾
